Return and Refund Policy

We are sorry when these events occur. Please accept our deepest apologies.

We are primarily in the service business. However, new software and hardware items are returnable at full price if the items are made and retrurned within 30 days of purchase.

If refund is for services only support and you are unhappy or dissatisfied a full refund will be provided if made within 15 days.
